I was at like 265lb and 34% bf. A year later, I've dropped 45lbs and must've gained some muscle since I keep getting stronger and my bf is still between 31-32 on my BF scale. Over 40lbs and only 2% loss in bf, I don't believe it. montess305March 10th, 2004, 02:47 PMI feel the calipers work fine you just need to be consistant when you use them. They probally aren't the most accurate but I feel that its something to record and see your loss (hopefully not gain). |
