I figure who wants to get told they are overweight. I also threw out any mirrors except this one old one, which has a bend in the middle. It makes me look VERY tall and so svelte. I like it! You step on some electrodes, which generate a small electric current. The idea is that more fat = more electric resistance. BTW I joined a Japanese gym a few weeks ago and thought I could just start using the machines and jumping into the pool -no, mister, not so fast! :) The introductory session including measuring various aspects of my fitness including detailed explanation took nearly two hours.
